Resolution for payment of agreed price for property

If an agreement is reached with the owner of the property or any portion of the property for a reasonable price for the property, the board of county commissioners shall pass a resolution for the purchase of the property or any portion of the property. The resolution shall contain a general description of the property, including the acreage and the price for which the property is to be purchased. Source: SDC 1939, § 12.2403; SL 2009, ch 206 , § 114.
