Snowmobile trails fund appropriated--Accumulation without reversion

The snowmobile trails fund established pursuant to § 32-5-9.2 is hereby appropriated for the administration of § 41-19-2 . Money in the fund shall accumulate without reversion at the close of the fiscal year. Source: SL 1973, ch 197 , § 4; SL 2009, ch 206 , § 125.
