Operation of system authorized--Acquisition and maintenance of land and facilities

Any county, municipality, or school district may operate a system of public recreation and playgrounds, and for such purpose may acquire, equip, and maintain land, buildings, or other recreational facilities, and expend its funds therefor. Source: SDC 1939, § 53.0301.
