Counterfeiting lottery tickets Class 6 felony

Any person who, with intent to defraud, falsely makes, alters, forges, passes, or counterfeits a lottery ticket issued by the South Dakota Lottery under this chapter is guilty of a Class 6 felony. Source: SL 1987, ch 313 , § 34.
