Video lottery operating fund established

There is created in the state treasury the video lottery operating fund, into which shall be deposited the fees imposed pursuant to § 42-7A-41 and one - half of one percent of net machine income. Source: SL 1990, ch 342 , § 2; SL 1991, ch 353 , § 2.
