Manipulating outcome, payoff, or operation of video lottery machine as felony

Any person who with intent to manipulate the outcome, payoff, or operation of a video lottery machine, manipulates the outcome, payoff, or operation of a video lottery machine by physical tampering or any other means is guilty of a Class 5 felony. Source: SL 1989, ch 368 , § 26.
