Enforcement of chapter by law enforcement officers--Stopping and boarding of boats

Any law enforcement officer of this state and its subdivisions may enforce the provisions of this chapter and in the exercise thereof shall have the authority to stop and board any boat subject to this chapter. Source: SL 1959, ch 125 , § 16; SDC Supp 1960, § 25.1416; SL 1994, ch 335 , § 29.
