Operation without permit--Civil penalty

A person who operates a mining operation without a valid permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of not less than one hundred dollars per day nor more than one thousand dollars per day during which such violation occurs. Source: SL 1982, ch 305 , § 70.
