The Board of Minerals and Environment may: (1) Administer oaths or affirmations, subpoena witnesses, and compel their attendance at a hearing; (2) Accept gifts, contributions, federal grants - in - aid, or financial aid from any other source for accomplishing reclamation or implementing the provisions of § 45-6B-74 ; (3) Carry out reclamation of affected lands.
