Grievances--Mediation

Any interested person aggrieved by any action taken by the board of trustees in §§ 46A-10A-98 to 46A-10A-123 , inclusive, may file a cause of action in circuit court in the county where the cause of action arose or may invoke mediation with the board of trustees. Source: SL 1997, ch 256 , § 25.
