Naming project--Record of proceedings

Any project established pursuant to § 46A-10A-65 , shall be given a name by the board. Subsequent project proceedings shall be recorded and indexed in a book kept for that purpose in the auditor's office. Source: SL 1985, ch 362 , § 70.
