Resolution dissolving district--Filing

Upon notification by the district directors of a vote to dissolve the district, the Board of Water and Natural Resources shall by resolution dissolve the water project district and shall file a copy of the resolution with the secretary of state. Source: SL 1984, ch 293 , § 75.
