Claims against district--Verification required--Oaths administered by district secretary

All claims against the district shall be verified the same as required in the case of claims filed against counties in this state, and the secretary of the district is authorized to administer oaths to the parties verifying such claims. Source: SDC 1939, § 61.0920; SDCL, § 46-14-45.
