Suspension or revocation of certificate--Applicable procedure

Any proceedings undertaken by the Board of Examiners in Optometry for the revocation or suspension of a certificate of registration shall be deemed a contested case under the provisions of chapter 1-26 . Source: SL 1972, ch 249 , § 15.
