Suspension or revocation proceedings deemed contested case

Any proceedings undertaken by the Board of Podiatry Examiners for the revocation or suspension of a certificate or registration shall be deemed a contested case under the provisions of chapter 1-26 . Source: SL 1977, ch 384 , § 15.
