Licensed employees subject to discipline under practice act

Each individual employee registered pursuant to chapter 36-8 who is employed by a corporation subject to this chapter shall remain subject to reprimand or discipline for his conduct under the provisions of chapter 36-8 . Source: SL 1977, ch 384 , § 7.
