Certified employees subject to discipline

Each individual employee certified pursuant to chapter 36-4A who is employed by a corporation subject to this chapter remains subject to reprimand or discipline for his conduct under the provisions of chapter 36-4A . Source: SL 1993, ch 337 , § 7.
