Execution of certificate by trustee constitutes oath as to truth of contents

The execution of a certificate by a trustee constitutes an oath or affirmation, under the penalties of perjury, that, to the best of the trustee's knowledge and belief, the facts stated therein are true. Source: SL 2001, ch 245 , § 51.
