Records maintained in other than written form--Demand for information to be in writing

A business trust may maintain its records in other than a written form if such form is capable of conversion into a written form within a reasonable time. Any demand by a beneficial owner or trustee under § 47-14A-80 shall be in writing and shall state the purpose of such demand. Source: SL 2001, ch 245 , § 83.
