Powers of cooperatives--Bylaws

Unless otherwise provided by its articles, a cooperative may make and alter bylaws, consistent with its articles and the laws of this state, for the administration and regulation of its affairs. Source: SDC 1939, § 11.1103 (9) as enacted by SL 1965, ch 23 , § 1.
