Stock subscriptions--Irrevocability

A subscription for stock of a cooperative is irrevocable for six months unless otherwise provided by the subscription agreement or unless all subscribers consent to the revocation. Source: SDC 1939, § 11.1120 as enacted by SL 1965, ch 23 , § 1.
