Creation of reserves--Credit to patrons

Reasonable reserves for necessary purposes may be created by a cooperative, which shall be credited to patrons in accordance with the ratio which their patronage bears to total patronage. Source: SDC 1939, § 11.1131 (3) (a) as enacted by SL 1965, ch 23 , § 1.
