Ratio of patronage as determining payment to patron

All the remainder of the net proceeds of a cooperative after reserves created pursuant to § 47-16-47 shall be distributed and paid to patrons in accordance with the ratio which their patronage bears to total patronage. Source: SDC 1939, § 11.1131 (3) (b) as enacted by SL 1965, ch 23 , § 1.
