Rights conferred by certificate

Upon issuance of the secretary of state's certificate of authority a foreign cooperative is entitled to all rights, exemptions and privileges of a cooperative organized for the same purposes under the laws of this state. Source: SDC 1939, § 11.1150 as enacted by SL 1965, ch 23 , § 1.
