Certain breeding stock, products, and facilities exempt

The restrictions of §§ 47-9A-1 and 47-9A-3 do not apply to agricultural land, animals, or facilities owned or operated primarily for the purpose of producing animal breeding stock or reproductive products from animals. Source: SL 2006, ch 229 , § 1.
