Raising breeding stock for resale exempt--Nurseries and seed farms

The restrictions of §§ 47-9A-1 and 47-9A-3 do not apply to agricultural land operated by a corporation for the purpose of raising breeding stock for resale to farmers or operated for the purpose of growing seed, nursery plants, or sod. Source: SL 1974, ch 294 , § 4 (5); SL 2004, ch 277 , § 8.
