Employment of staff by committee--Expenses

A local review committee may employ any personnel the committee determines necessary to carry out the provisions of § 49-41B-7 , subject to the approval of the commission. The applicant shall pay the expenses of the personnel. Source: SL 1977, ch 390 , § 14; SL 2026, ch 187 , § 5.
