Alienage--Prior operator or owner--Effect on property title

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, title to an electric facility is not invalidated nor is the electric facility subject to forfeiture solely by reason of the alienage of any former operator or owner. Source: SL 2026, ch 188 , § 6.
