Warrants for special assessments--Vouchers

Payments for special assessments provided for in § 5-14-19 shall be disbursed by warrant, drawn by the state auditor upon duly itemized vouchers, approved by an authorized agent of the department whose property is affected. Source: SL 1970, ch 34 , § 2.
