Persons involved in grant or contract determinations ineligible for grant or contract--Performance evaluation by recipients and sub-recipients prohibited

No person involved in the determination of the recipient of a grant or contract from a state agency may be awarded the grant or contract. No recipient or sub-recipient of a grant or contract from a state agency may conduct any external evaluation of the performance of the grant or contract. Source: SL 2018, ch 44 , § 4.
