Inspection of dealer's records

The department may inspect the pertinent books, letters, records, and contracts of any licensed aircraft dealer periodically or relating to specific complaints made against a dealer and which may be in violation of provisions of this chapter. Source: SL 1993, ch 349 , § 6; SL 2014, ch 222 , § 103.
