License required to sell, solicit, negotiate, or place reinsurance

No person may sell, solicit, negotiate, or place reinsurance without being licensed pursuant to §§ 58-14-24 to 58-14-42 , inclusive, to sell, negotiate, solicit, or place reinsurance.
