Nonforfeiture of benefits--Cash surrender value--Provisions required in policies

There shall be a provision for nonforfeiture benefits and cash surrender value in accordance with the requirements of § 58-15-30 or §§ 58-15-31 to 58-15-43 , inclusive. Source: SL 1966, ch 111 , ch 23, § 10.
