Group life policy extended to dependents--One certificate issued to insured person

Notwithstanding § 58-16-38 , only one certificate need be issued for delivery to an insured person if a statement concerning any dependent's coverage is included in such certificate. Source: SL 1966, ch 111 , ch 24, § 2 (4).
