Coverage for applied behavior analysis for treatment of autism spectrum disorders

Every policy, contract, certificate, or plan subject to the provisions of §§ 58-17-154 to 58-17-162 , inclusive, shall provide coverage for applied behavior analysis for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders consistent with §§ 58-17-154 to 58-17-162 , inclusive. Source: SL 2015, ch 250 , § 4.
