Services under individualized service plan, family service plan, or education program

Nothing in §§ 58-17-154 to 58-17-162 , inclusive, may be construed to affect any obligation to provide services to a person under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or an individualized service plan. Source: SL 2015, ch 250 , § 8.
