Retroactive denial of paid claim--Payment amount

A payment remitted by the provider to the health carrier, as provided for in § 58-17H-30.1 , must be in the amount originally paid by the carrier and may not include any additional fees, penalties, or interest. Source: SL 2026, ch 200 , § 2.
