Establishing risk adjusters

The director may establish a payment mechanism to adjust for the amount of risk covered by each small employer carrier. The director may appoint an advisory committee composed of individuals that have risk adjustment and actuarial expertise to help establish the risk adjusters. Source: SL 1995, ch 281 , § 44.
