Licensee to notify Division of certain convictions

Any person holding a license under this chapter shall notify the Division of Insurance of a conviction or plea of guilty or nolo contendere to a felony or a crime of moral turpitude within twenty days of the conviction or plea. Violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor. Source: SL 1998, ch 296 , § 11.
