Issuance of contract or policy contrary to filings prohibited--Inland marine risks excepted

No insurer shall make or issue a contract or policy except in accordance with the filings which are in effect for said insurer as provided in this chapter. This section shall not apply to contracts or policies for inland marine risks as to which filings are not required. Source: SL 1966, ch 111 , ch 15, § 4 (8).
