Time limit for compliance with §§ 58-27-89 to 58-27-102

All persons subject to §§ 58-27-89 to 58-27-102 , inclusive, shall be in compliance with §§ 58-27-89 to 58-27-102 , inclusive, by July 1, 1993. The director may establish limitations on the obligations or time frames for those persons to reduce obligations in violation of §§ 58-27-89 to 58-27-102 , inclusive. Source: SL 1992, ch 350 , § 12.
