Continuing education requirements--Promulgation of rules

The director may promulgate rules, in accordance with chapter 1-26 , regarding insurance producer continuing education requirements, exemptions, programs, courses, providers, definitions, extensions, fees and funding, instructors, applications, advertising, and administration.
