Term of insurance producer license

An insurance producer license shall remain in effect unless revoked, suspended, or expired as long as the fee set forth in § 58-2-29 is paid and the education requirements for resident individual insurance producers are met by the due date. Source: SL 2001, ch 286 , § 13.
