Refusal of temporary license where purpose unlawful

The director may refuse to issue a temporary license to any applicant, when it appears that the purpose of obtaining such temporary license is part of a program by an insurer to evade the other provisions of this chapter. Source: SL 1966, ch 111 , ch 9, § 23 (3).
