Certain unauthorized insurers to submit annual report

On or before April first, each unauthorized insurer writing insurance business in South Dakota shall annually file with the director, on a form approved by the director, a true statement of all insurance business written in South Dakota in the preceding calendar year. Source: SL 1990, ch 407 , § 1.
