Suspension or revocation of registration of preferred provider organization for violation--Other action to assure future compliance

If a preferred provider organization violates a provision of §§ 58-33-93 to 58-33-116 , inclusive, the organization's registration may be suspended or revoked or other action may be taken by the director as is otherwise authorized by this title to ensure that compliance with §§ 58-33-93 to 58-33-116 , inclusive, will be achieved in the future.
