Notification of suspected fraud

An insurer, or any person authorized to act on its behalf, which reasonably believes that a false or fraudulent claim, statement, or representation has occurred, may notify an authorized agency and provide it with all relevant information in its possession. Source: SL 1993, ch 368 , § 2.
