Maximum amount of insurance on single risk

The maximum amount of insurance which an insurer shall retain on a single risk, after deduction of applicable reinsurance, shall not exceed ten percent of the admitted assets of the insurer or ten thousand dollars, whichever is the larger amount. Source: SL 1966, ch 111 , ch 17, § 4 (1).
