Insurance producers--When license is required

Any insurance producer of a society shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of chapter 58-30 regulating the licensing, revocation, suspension, or termination of license of resident and nonresident insurance producers. Source: SL 1990, ch 410 , § 33; SL 2001, ch 286 , § 218.
