Notice required for rate increase in health maintenance contract by a health maintenance organization

Forty - five days before a health maintenance contract rate increase is effective, the health maintenance organization shall notify the enrolling unit in writing that the contract rate for the health maintenance contract offered by the organization will be increased. Source: SL 1989, ch 434 , § 4.
